The book is only available in electronic form via download. No package will be delivered to you by mail or e-mail.

Please follow the following directions carefully. If you do not, you may not be able to download the files:
  1. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button for each part or combination you want to order. This will take you to the PayPal site, and add the item to your shopping cart. In most cases, this will be a new window or tab; you can close it and go back to this ordering page.
  2. After selecting all the items the you wish to purchase, click on the 'Pay Now' button. Once again, this will take you to the PayPal site. This time, you should proceed to checkout and complete the transaction.
  3. After completing the transaction, make sure to select the option, or click on the button, to come back to this site. You will be taken to the appropriate dowmload page, where you will be able to download your purchase. If you do not follow these directions, you will not be able to download the book you have just paid for!!!
