Our arrangement with PayPal allows us to provide you with a secure ordering environment and immediate order turn-around: As soon as your payment is accepted, you will be directed to a download page.

The book is available for download in three files, corresponding to the book's three parts. Discounts are available when purchasing more than one part in a single transaction.
